Our Return Policy

Because sometimes, things just don't flex the way you hoped.

We get it—sometimes what shows up isn't quite what you pictured. That's why we offer a 30-day return window from the day your package lands on your doorstep (or porch, or mailroom).

The Basics

If your item is unused, in its original packaging, and still looking fresh, we'll happily take it back. Just make sure you have your order number or receipt handy so we know it's from us and not your neighbor's cousin's Etsy shop.

How to Start a Return

Shoot us an email at support@flexdeez.com with your order number and a quick note about what's going on. No need for dramatic monologues—just the basics will do. We'll send back all the details you need, including a Return Authorization (RA) number if necessary.

Use whatever shipping carrier floats your boat, but we recommend tracking and insurance—just in case your return decides to go on an adventure. You'll be responsible for shipping costs unless we messed something up (hey, it happens).

Received the Wrong Thing? Something Broken?

Let us know ASAP - ideally within 5 days of delivery. If we goofed, we'll make it right fast. Replacements, refunds, carrier pigeons… whatever it takes.

Refund Vibes

Once your return arrives and gets a thumbs-up from our team, we'll process your refund within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take 2–10 business days to appear in your account. We'll send you a confirmation email when it's all wrapped up.
